Okay, so you can't be shut in because of storms, floods, snow and ice without doin' some good cookin'! So I made my current fav hot dish: orzo w/ feta cheese, pine nuts, fresh pepper, chicken breast, and topped with sweet cherry tomatoes. YUM!
