MOZART!

Ahhh, no better way to kick of spring break!--Our dear friends Brook and Barb went with us to Portland last night for dinner and a concert! The concert was Mozart's Requiem, performed at the Schnitzer Concert Hall. I had a hard time staying in my seat as each movement was performed, as I was re-living performing that piece on that very stage when I was in college! If you don't know the story behind Mozart's composing of this masterpiece requiem (a mass for the dead), I encourage you to look into it! It's an intriguing mystery! Imagine if he'd lived longer than his 30s...
